As a Certified Coach and fellow adoptee, I understand deeply the unique personal challenges that come with being adopted. Despite having a roof over my head and food on the table at home, I grappled with core identity wounds and crippled self-worth for most of my life. Today, through my own journey of self-discovery, ongoing self-coaching, and intensive professional training, I found a way to overcome these challenges. Now I'm on a mission to help others do the same.
I specialize in one-on-one coaching for adult adoptees, providing a safe and productive space where clients can explore their identities, find peace with their past, and build confidence in their future. This work is invaluable to adoptees who want to reclaim their sense of self and take ownership of their inherent value, so they can live fulfilling, empowered lives.
With passion and true empathy, I bring both personal experience and professional expertise to every coaching session to help my clients find what's been missing.
